A man died by road accident by bus on 09th Nov, 2018. He is going for drop his mother in bus while deboarding driver start bus then he lost his balance and crush under the wheels and died on spot. Police file complain under Indian Penal Code Sections 279 (rash or negligent driving) and 304A (causing death by negligence) on bus driver.
My question is his dependent is eligible for any compensation.
