Hi This is pavan I want start a new documenration company in Bangalore city , I want to know how to get e stamping licence for my company?

Dear querist, a stamp vendor (for e-stamp also) license will be granted by the District Registrar of the District. But document is separate. For document writing, in some states,there is license system and only licensed document writer can draft deeds.

It is a state subject wherein Collector of Stamps is the authority for grant of licence.
Document writing and e-stamp vendor are two different occupations, do you propose to club them together?
