HELLO SIR MY FATHER OWN HIS HOUE IN CHENNAI THIS HOUSE HE HE BUILD IN HIS OWN SAVINGS . I HAVE THREE SISTER & ONE BROTHER . MY FATHER NO MORE . MY MOTHER & MY SISTER INTERESTED TO GIVE HER SHARE TI HIS BROTHER . NOW HOW IF MY FATHER WRITE NO WILL . HOW THE PROPERTY SHARE WILL BE DIVEDED IN BETWEEN BROTHERS & SISTERS EACH WILL GET HOW MAY SHARE ANYN CAN HELP ME THANKS KUMAR

If father has not made any will the property will be governed by Hindu Succession Act.Brothers, sisters and mother ,each will get equal share in the property.

I agree with Rasik..

If no will exist and since you were Hindu, the shareholders of the property are your mother, your brothers and sisters.

You people got this as you were the Class I heir of your deceased father

I have to make sure that Wife & son & daughters will get equal share if their is no will right .

Any have wife uis not eligible to get Hal share of property & balance half equally divided between all brothers & sisters Pls Clarify Thanks Muthu
