In my 14 years as a legal professional (as an independent counsel for a decade and thereafter as an in house counsel) I have had the privilege of representing, in contentious and non-contentious matters, companies at the forefront across various industry sectors such as technology, pharmaceutical, lifestyle, consumer goods as well as financial institutions and government departments. I currently represent a leading telecommunications conglomerate as their Senior Legal Counsel and Global SPOC for IP.

In this thoroughly enriching journey thus far, I have also had the absolute privilege of being associated with some of the leading legal luminaries and law firms coupled with the experience of successfully managing my own practice.

Through such afore stated experience I have been able to hone skillsets and gain expertise in areas such as Intellectual Property Laws, Music Licensing, Cyberspace Law, Information Technology Law, Litigation & Litigation Management, Privacy & Data Protection, Commercial Contracting, Legal Metrology, Customs & Excise, Arbitration & Conciliation and Risk & Compliance both domestically as well as internationally.

Tuhina Joshi is a policy associate at Ikigai Law, and works closely on emerging technology and innovation focused public policy. Previously, she has worked as a consultant with the Member of Parliament currently representing South Goa, and the Ministry of Law and Justice, and channels this experience towards her work with the team. She has read law at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, India.
