Answer to Shri MANIRAM SHARMA... Respected Sir, I have read your comment for my article on prosecution. Your words are quite true..? But my point is to find out the roots of this problem and then to resolve it completely. and I must say Judiciary and prosecution both are child of Bar..we could not spare yourself while abusing our own body..! So we must have in order to put system at its highest peak efforts together. Only blaming is not enough. Thanks for read and comment on my thought.

When the rate of conviction remains below 2% in general and 26% in rape cases how we may think that there are capable and honest persons in prosecution service. I think the term APP means " Adhe Paise Public se" and PP means "Pure Paise Public se" le. And nothing else except an illusion that there is a judicial system in India.
