Telangana Dharani portal to serve all land matters including mutation and registration.

Dharani portal will serve as a one-stop solution for each and every matter related to land properties putting an end to massive corruption in the department and innumerable land disputes

As envisioned by the state officials to make Dharani portal a one-stop solution for all matters related to lands - agricultural, residential and commercial in urban and rural areas, the details of each property in the state are being updated online.

The state's biggest e-governance portal - Dharani, which is going to radically transform the way the land records are issued and maintained with total online operation.They  went on to explain the features and benefits of Dharani portal while speaking on the new Revenue Act, 2020, is closely watching the development of the portal on a regular basis. He said the portal will serve as a one-stop solution for each and every matter related to land properties including mutations and instant registration online, putting an end to massive corruption in the department and innumerable land disputes.

The Dharani portal will provide a one-stop solution to the ownership records of all properties, including land registration and further transfer of rights on sale or inheritance. State Revenue authorities, district collectors and Tehsildars at mandal level have been working round-the-clock to complete all pending works with regard to installation of high speed broadband network connecting all Mandal Revenue  offices in 570 mandals.

The state officials odered to ensure 100 percent update of all land details at the earliest so that they can be integrated on the portal. The Dharani portal is being developed by Telangana State Technical Services (TSTS) department and it will comprise two parts for agricultural lands and non-agricultural lands separately.

The Chief Minister has instructed the state level officials to coordinate with the district, mandal and panchayat officials to speed up the registration of land details online and complete the process as early as possible.
