Complaint against anybody can create problem for govt job aspirants

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     18 March 2024

While a complaint can be filed by anyone for any offense, an FIR can only be filed for cognizable offenses and requires police intervention for investigation. An FIR is information relating to the commission of a cognizable offense given to a police officer.

Mere against kisi k complaint kri h to kya iska record police station m hota h aur police verification m isse koi dikkat ayegi kya?

Dr. J C Vashista (Advocate )     19 March 2024

Police do not maintain any record for non-cognizable complaint.

However, your query is more like an examination hall question paper

This is not a criminal complaint, except for a compromise statment, you cannot find any criminal records in the police records against your name, hence you need not worry about police verification for government job for this petty case which was solved at that moment itself

If Police general dairy m record kr leti h to kya govt verification k time ise mention Kia jata h?

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     23 March 2024

The records in the police general diary is just for the purpose of records and it will not reflect in the character and antecedents verification report.
