Who said it the it is General Proposition. The title of the post is
Six months period is not mandatory in MCD cases SC Judgement, So read properly and do as you think fit, as per my opinion The title is right and don't say these type of the word that it is wrong, it may be wrong as per your opinion but not in my, so please don't choose your word unprofessionally. I am not mis leading anybody, It is my own Interpretation read the judgements and another post carefully and if you think that this information or judgement is useful for you then use it with your own wish and will.
