AP HC Judgment on recruitment

By the attached judgment of the AP HC and has been applied by other HCs too, and especially in face of the judgment of SC in Sankarsan Das Case, it is necessary that all advocates should know that even if they are selected in Judges Selection process they have no right to be appointed. This block has to be either removed, or crystallized by Legislation under Art.309 rw Art. 234/5, so that Advocates can take decision to, either take a chance or abandon such selection process. This matter is now before the SC in SLP(C)No.10043/2010 now posted on 30-7-10. Hope SC scraps Sankarshan das judgement and this one too. Above all even in this case attached and Sankarshan Das, both have forgot cardinal principle of "Proportionality". #doc
