SECTION 03: DECLARATION OF THE DAKSHINA BHARAT HINDI PRACHAR SABHA AS AN INSTITUTIION OF NATIONAL IMPORTANCE

-Whereas the objects of the institution known as the Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha are such as to make it an institution of national importance, it is hereby declared that the Dakshina Bharat Hindi PracharSabha is an institution of national importance.
