Section : AMENDMENT OF SECTION 5

SECTION 05: AMENDMENT OF SECTION 5.

- In section 5 of the Produce Cess Act, in sub-section (3), the following words shall be inserted at the end, namely:- 'and "produce" includes cotton.'.
