Coking Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act,1972

Section : Short title and commencement.

1. Short title and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Coking Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act, 1972. (2) The provisions of sections 30 and 31 shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of May, 1972.
