Section : Decree if respondent so refuse in case of unconsummated marriage,either party being impubes at time of marriage.

18. Decree if respondent so refuse in case of unconsummated marriage,either party being impubes at time of marriage.- Notwithstandinganything hereinbefore contained, if it shall appear at any stage ofthe suit that both or either of the parties had not attained pubertyat the date of their marriage, and that such marriage has not beenconsummated; and if, in answer to the interrogatories made pursuantto section 13 of this Act, the respond- ent shall refuse to cohabitwith the petitioner, and allege, as the ground for such refusal, thatthe petitioner has changed his or her religion, the Judge shallthereupon pass such a decree as last afore- said.
