Lawyers protest hits court activities

Work in the lower and high courts across the country were severely affected on Wednesday as lawyers went on a two-day boycott of courts to protest against the proposed legislation which, they say, will affect the autonomy of the Bar Council of India (BCI) and State Bar Councils.
