Judge allows class action suit by staff against TCS

A US court has allowed employees of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to proceed with a class-action lawsuit against the company over charges that TCS withheld some part of the salary of those sent to the US on work. The move pushed TCS's share price down by over 1% to Rs 1,179 on a day when major stock indices rose.
