Indian court postpones Facebook, Google censorship hearing

Facebook and Google are seeing delay after delay ever since they were asked to develop a mechanism to block objectionable material in India. The Delhi High Court this week adjourned its hearing of a petition by the two companies to terminate criminal proceedings against them for allegedly hosting objectionable material on their websites, until August 7.
