Court appoints son as guardian of his "mentally ill" father


A Delhi court has appointed a man as the guardian of his "mentally ill" father and has allowed him to manage his properties saying that being the only son, he had no adverse interest in this. District Judge A K Chawla appointed North Delhi resident Vineet Aggarwal as guardian of his 64-year-old father Ashok Aggarwal, who is suffering from brain hemorrhage and paralysis of right side and is unable to speak for the last two years.
