I would like a work, where I can use my ability to handle the manpower in a positive work culture with result oriented, to achieve vision of the Organization. To accept the new challenges for to change the Human Resource by using good systems

 

  • Historically sign wage settlement for 6 years with Bhatiya Kamgar Sena for regular workers and also signed two wage settlements (Four yrs Period) & one Bonus settlement (Three yrs period) with Lal Bawata Thane Zilha Kamgar Union for outsources labours.
  • Core Member for RBNQ Excellence Model and DTPS win trophy in 2009.
  • To handle Legal Cases before Industrial Court / High Court & with all Statutory Compliances.
  • Effectively developed Positive Work Culture & Team Building.
  • Handled & Implemented Business Process in ERP Systems for Time Management SIFA & Smart , HR & Pay roll in RAMCO as well as SAP also Security Tracking and Asset Management for Administration
  • Handled Training & Development of Employees and competency development
  • Successfully achieved & implemented Integrated Management System, SA 8001 & ISO 27000
  • Worked as Head of Central Support Services (HR, IR, Administration, Estate Management, and Security Administration) Department of Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. Reporting to President (HR) ADAG companies at Corporate Office as well as Project Director, Dahanu Thermal Power Station, which is excellent profit center of Reliance ADAG Company.
