Actively participated in the debate on 'CULPABLE

HOMICIDE'.

 

Raised a debate on “vigilantism” while reviewing a book by senior IPS officer K Aravinda Rao.

 

Presented a paper on “Public Interest Litigation” at a national seminar organised by Confederation of Indian Bar at Vignan Bhavan inaugurated by the Chief Justice of India K G Bala Krishnan. The paper was included in the souvenir.

Actively associated with filing a Public Interest Litigation requesting the Hon'ble Supreme Court for necessary directions to Union Government of India, National Human Rights Commission and respective states for a fair investigation into fake encounters in the wake of Shohrabuddin case in Gujarat.
