hi my mother died in july 31 2012. the house which we living on mother's name.my father make a name transferfer papers on to his name.  i have only 1 sister we both sign the document assuming that he hi is our family head but now he is planning remarrige in the age of 67.so we strongly oppose to it to avoid unwanted shareholder in our mother's property so please guide us . thanks
