A professional with keen interest in Law and HUMANS.  I can read law with all comma, full stops, provided, etc.  I also understand the importance of circulars, notifications, rules, Act, Constitution and Parliament.  Only Court rulings are not important but the discussion in Parliament / State Legislature at the time of framing of the law is equally important.  Most important is whether the particular provision of the law has sanction of Constitution or not.
