Myself is the Chairman Noida Chapter of NIRC of ICSI, I am a Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with 13 years of post qualification standing and besides CS I have also obtained Masters Degree in Commerce (M.Com.) and Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B.).

Presently I am working as a Corporate Consultant and Corporate Lawyer and heading M/s Indiacorp Law, Advocates & Solicitors.  

My practice encompasses Corporate Consultancy, Legal advisory,  Merger, Winding-up, BIFR matters, Corporate Restructuring at various levels, FDI and FIPB Approvals, Joint Venture Agreements with Overseas Companies, Secretarial Audits, Stock Exchange, Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI), RBI related matters and various other Corporate matters.
