General Questions

  • Can i generate business leads from PRO ?

    With PRO you have high chances of getting business leads and its upto you to convert them. Interest users can either call / chat / Mail you.

  • How will regular users know i am a Pro member ???

    For making identification of PRO members, a small PRO image will be displayed near your name on site wherever possible

  • How is LCI Pro better than what other sites are offering

    Lawyersclubindia has a huge member base of around 1,50,000 members and is one the most active Legal community in India. Our onsite Chat and Click2Call is a unique feature which other sites can boast of .

  • Do you have any Trial package ?

    Yes.. We planning to to introduce TRIAL package soon. Many of our member are not sure about PRO features. Hence TRAIL package will give them idea of what is than can expect once they are full fledge PRO member

  • What are different types of Pro plan ?

    In order to simplify thing, we currently have 1 plan. Just pay Rs.499 and enjoy the pro benefit for 1 months with 100 mins incoming call to your number free. May be sometime later we might introduce different plan.

  • What if i not satisfied ?

    Nothing can be done if you are not satisfied with our PRO plan. No money will be refunded. Incase if you are having issues please mail us at pro@lawyersclubindia.com  will be help to help you.

  • What is this PRO account

  • What are charges for getting a PRO account ?

    First things First. Pro account is a paid account (premium account) . As of now we have kept things simple and offering PRO account under just 1 plan . All you need to pay is Rs. 999 Per Quarter. In future we intend to introduce some more exciting plans and new features.

  • How do I upgrade my account to PRO account

    Upgrading your Basic aka Normal account to PRO is as simple as ABC. Just visit http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/pro/ and click on the upgrade now button (You must be logged in) and rest is self descriptive. In-case if you are facing any issue than mail us at pro@lawyersclubindia.com

  • Isn't basic/normal account enough ??

    Basic/Normal is good for day to day usage.. but if you looking for something extra like chat/sms than PRO account should get your job done.

  • Is PRO a/c compulsory ?

    Nopes . PRO account is not compulsory . Its up-to your requirement.

  • I have a query .. do I need PRO account to post it on forum/experts ?

    No. When it comes to site usage like read/writing queries/articles, Pro User are equivalent to basic users.

  • Do submitting/reading of articles/news etc require PRO account ?

    No. Basic is sufficient for day to day activities

  • If I m PRO user does that guarantee my queries are replied

    No.

  • I have paid but still my account ain't upgraded

  • What are payment modes

  • I want to pay for 12 months at once

    At this moment we are accepting payments only for max 1 months.

  • How can I auto renew my account ?

    Auto renew is not available now. We will be sending to renewal reminders from time to time. And you will need to pay again (manually)

  • How do I know my PRO account is expiring

    You can know the status of your account by visiting http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/pro .You will get mails about your account status on important dates.

  • Will you intimate before downgrading my account ?

    Yeah, we will intimate you by mail. Apart from that we will mail you reminder mails before your pro account expiry date.

  • How do I initiate chat ?

    To initiate chat .. Just look out for CHAT NOW button below the AVATAR in profile/forum/experts. Chat now button will be displayed only if the other user is online and not OFFLINE in chat.

  • With whom can I chat ?

    Once you are a PRO you can chat with anyone on lawyersclubindia. Only thing is that you should be online and not OFFLINE in chat . Remember you can receive chat request. You can’t initiate chat.

  • How can I receive chat

    You need not do anything to receive Chat . All you need to do is to login to lawyersclubindia.com and and when someone sends you a chat message, you will get the same in your browser window.

  • How can I block users ?

    To block user just click on the “B” mentioned on the chat window.

  • How do I save chat ?

    Sorry we are not providing save chat option as of now.

  • Minimum requirement for chat ?

    Requirement for chats

    Any standard browser : Internet Explorer 6.0 + , Mozilla Firefox , Google Chrome, Safari, Opera Stable Internet connection

  • User can’t find the CHAT NOW button on my profile/ or other areas of the site

    If someone is unable to find the CHAT NOW button .. here are the possible reasons

    1) You are not online at the moment

    2) You have gone offline from chat

    3) You are not a Premium. Chat request can be sent only to PRO members

    4) Chat now buttons are only visible in Forum/ Experts & profile page

    5) You are not logged in to lawyersclubindia.com

  • I Unable to receive chat

    Ohh.. Following might be the reason for the same

    1) You are offline in chat

    2) You are not logged in to Lawyersclubindia.com

  • Where I can find list of online users

    List of online user is not available at this time.

  • How can I chat with my online friend

    We don't provide any list which contains list of your online friends. To chat with your friend you will need to visit his profile and click on CHAT NOW button.

  • Do I need to open my browser to chat

    Yes, of-course. Pro chat is browser based. The moment you close your browser all yours chats will be gone too.

  • How to unblock users from chat

    To unblock any users from chat visit http://www.Lawyersclubindia.com/chat/unblock.asp . Or you access the same via User Control Center too

  • I am busy and don't want to chat with any one. How is it possible ?

    You can go offline anytime in chat. Just use “GO OFFLINE” option located at the bottom (left) of the browser screen. Remember : This option works for current session which means if you logout-login again you will be shown online again. Hence other members can send you chat .

  • What is this pending chat message

    Due to browser/screen limitations you can chat with 3 users at max at any given time. Any other extra chat will be shown in pending chat list on left hand corner of the screen . You can easily switch between current chats and pending chats. Just click on any name in pending chat to make it visible

  • What happens to chat when I logout.. Can I resume my chat ??

    When you logout or close the browser all your chats are lost. No , you can’t resume chat

  • Users is online , but I am unable to initiate chat ..why so ???

    Either you are not logged in or the user is OFFLINE in chat

    Any regular Lawyersclubindia member can you once you are a PRO member. Make sure you have entered a valid mobile number while signing up for PRO.

  • What if i dont want to receive calls in certain time ?

    We are team is working on restricting calls on certain.. Once this feature is available you select at what time you wish to receive call.

  • Will my cell - number be made public ?

    No. your number will be kept private at all times.. Neither the call or the pro user will be able to see each others numbers. We care about your privacy.

  • What is in store for PRO user in lawyers search ?

    Pro members listing get extra preference in lawyers search module. Here are the same.

    1. Get Bold listing in Search Results
