| Firstly capability administration wise. Secondly please link AADHAR card with voter I card. Thirdly allow all uniformed services to participate in polls at the place where they are posted. Their votes made even in their own villages should be valid for polls where they are presently serving. Once it is linked with Aadhar Card there should not be any problem of bogus votes. | |
