| This gender biased proposed law is against natural justice and would deprive the citizens of their privileges and fundamental rights. This will cause more unrest in the society and in the country, hence I strongly object to this. | |

| It will really make giving birth to a boy child eternal sin in our 498A frenzy society. I wonder whether the law proposers or any of their family members have face the wrath of false 498 A and marriage of their son with a mental patient or maniac ! God save the SONS. I clearly foresee that the day is not far when the Govt. has to plan a campaign for boy foeticide. | |

| I never welcome. If a wife divorces husband, she loses all rights. Though she will be given maintenance and courts also giving them children and maintenance. and if the husband proposes divorce, he may give some self acquired property and if no self acquired then option is some least share from inherited. If proposal implemented, in these days divorces be increased | |

| Husband has responsibilities of his parents, dependents etc., a wife may be given some share, but definitely not 50% of the inherited or inheritable property in event of a divorce. Enactment of such law will give rise to legal prostitution in the long run. | |

| if the divorce is initiated by the husband he should give a portion his inherited property and if it is of wife no need ;of giving his inherited property | |

| There is every possibility of blackmailing of husband at the hands of his wife and her kins. Moreover, it is used as weapon against the husband. In rural part of our country majority proceedings are filed at the instance of personal grudge and also there is important role play by the local / village politicians in the matrimonial disputes. | |

| If diverce has been made, the wife has terminated all relations with husband, there is no need to give any right of inheritance of husband. if she gets so, every diverced wife claim the right and exploit her husband. | |
