| Law alone is helpless without the procedural laws.To deliver the natural justice to a person one needs to strengthen these procedural laws and the Machinery to implement these procedural laws.Since police and judiciary(function other than delivering justice) are indispensable part of such procedural implementation machinery, it is a call of the day to revise such machinery. | |
