LEGAL EDUCATION IS INADEQUATE IN PROVIDING ETHICS AND VALUES IN PRACTICE OF LAW 2. IT IS CONSPICUOUS BY ABSENCE OF BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF MAN.MEDICINE,RELIGION. ADVOCATE IS A RESPONSIBLE POSITION AND POTENTIAL ASSET IN FORMATION AND CONTINUATION OF HEALTHY SOCIETY.

The syllabus and the course period as prescribed by BCI is perfect and clear. The only concern is related with the improper evaluation of students and malpractices by respective Universities and college.

Our Legal Education is lacking in some material aspects. Large number of statutes and judgments add to it to confuse new lawyers.

I think several statutes are required to be amended a lot due to the changed socio-economic situation of the present day India.

The latest measures taken by the authorities and concerned for improvement of the legal education is commendable. But still the students who are pursuing legal education to be allowed to gain hands on experience before entering the court practice.

The current legal system does not cover the technical and practical aspect of law and legal system. If these are included it would to large extent do away with shortcomings in our legal education system.
