| 75% ladies never earn money. Only they live with support of their husband. So even think about the word "share" is difficult between husband and wife. | |

| Yes because even someone denies regarding it but the fact is after being married a women cannot willingly go for divorce.Their are some circumstances that make all these things occour in her life and in our india many parents give their half of their savings for their daughter as they want her to be happy anf after this if divore is being done then she is entitled to property or atleat all the amount invested by her parents..because only that loss can be incurred. | |

| The wife is not a member of joint family system until husband dies. As per hindu succession act and hindu traditions & customs, the wife will have right only after death of the husband. so it is not a good move. kavksatyanarayana. | |

| will this poll help in changing the amendments made. off-course this amendments are not only give rights to wife in property but will be used as the tool to harass husbands. with such amendments there will be suicide taking place in India on grounds of cruelty and harassment. Marriage will become more as contract. I am sure this amendment will decrease marriage happening and increase live in relation which will help couple to understand each other. but this will have bad effect. | |

| If wife owns a number of residential/ commercial properties and husband owns just a small residential house and still the wife gets 50% share in the husband's property, it cannot be termed as good law. | |

| It will create so many problems in right to succession. because the wife is not a member of joint family system until husband dies. Also this will raise crime rate in matrimonial cases/disputes. it may seem like just one. But the actual effect will reflect in benami transaction and other things. | |
