| You can compliment a woman's appearance without making her 'creepy stranger radar' start buzzing by keeping your remarks very general and utterly non-sexual in nature if you are a stranger to THAT woman. However if you are known to THAT very woman then it is a compliment and SHE would definitely blush. BTW, Adv.
