Running adalats regularly will not only help dispose of many pending litigations and bring relief to litigants, but also reduce ever mounting backlog of cases in courts and build people’s faith in judiciary which is now eroding in a much faster rate than earlier.

today telephony or internet are the most misused gadgets in the hands of new kinds of robbers, people should be very careful to deal with these kinds of marketing companies they hire a place where they sell second hand or stolen good like mobile phones, as i find most stolen mobiles are in the market today more rampant in Mumbai and surrounding areas like navi mumbai , thane, kalyan , panvel; i understand some corporators are involved in these activities, so very thorough probe be ordered by the commissioners of police of these areas initially, so that the net work could be tracked every where; today robberies are indulged in by MBAs/BEs and other unemployed graduates i am told. Policing is becoming very tough and police have to rise up to the occasion to maintain its credibility.

i find so many new type of robbers surfaced in NIA kind matter; one complainant approached me that he is threatended by the so called 'collecting agent' of so called 'Vodofone' mobile sellers, seeking all details and asking the people to meet that agent at a particular place, as if cheque is bounced and as if police would arrest him or her (obviously without earlier notice procedure), i told them to file file FIR on unknown persons who threatened them. Soon i expect such people would be rounded up be police in New Mumbai area. This sec 138/142 of NIA is conveniently misused by new robbers kind 'collecting agents' garb. so i think all marketing companies need to take note, before sending any so called collecting agents. in the past the very salesman would approach the customer now new kind of 'collecting agents'surfaced. this might lead to arresting the marketing companies owners too, as abettors in the crimes.

see surrogacy is one of the misused route when there are a lot of children need breast milk which is denied here once the surrogate mother leaves the child, the child is mistreated by the new so called parents, besides surrogating mother's health is badly affected, none looks after him, and most such women either die or lead very miserable lives, besides the touts rape these women freely too, so adoption law is right, surrogacy cannot be allowed in a commercial manner that is what several research reports say, hence sushmaji rightly proposed the bill, every law is misused,by touts and so called 'collecting agents' employed by marketing companies; law makers are expected to be much more vigilant. Besides police and the courts never accept complaints just on face value without thoroughly investigating issues in any kinds of cases of complaints.

Many people complained to me these collecting agents threaten the people who are not connected as well; such threats is no less terror, if these marketing companies collecting agents do such 'terrorizing' technics, these agents need to be arrested on the receipt of a police complaint, even in non cognizable offences too, so that law will have real meaning of rule of law, else rule of law will die a natural death, as every one might use force without caring for rule of law .
