If such law is made, men will not marry, they will prefer to rape instead of marrying.
Todays men are losing faith in the institution of marriage already, courtesy, fake 498a cases. If some provision comes into force regarding marital rape, marriages will cease to exist.. Already amendement of 376 has given tremors to husbands. God knows whats in store for the Indian Husband.
The major reason for not making it an offence under section 376 IPC as Rape is that there are chances it may be misused by many married women as in case of Section 498A (cruelty) IPC and like Dowry Prohibition Act.
Sexual intercourse is a bilogical necessity. If wife refuses two choice force or prostitution. Which one to encourage'?
I don't support the views of the UN Committee as this would lead to lot of marital complications in the already dwindling relationships between the husband and wife.As of now most of the laws are woman oriented, ranging from 498A and DV.Hence criminalising marital physical relationship will further strain the marriage system.Hence Iam opposing it.
make the law of marital rape i can challenge no man will be able to live happy there after in India
All charges of martial RAPE are a just to blackmail MAN and nothing else. Proving it as forced sex is neither feasible nor desireable.
in view of bombay high court judgement high lighting article 25 none could force any one to declare his or her religion (as religion is a private affair),and when so how172nd law commission report could be recommended as the law commissions report is already in 2014 judgement by bombay high court is now a non est' is it not how then so much propaganda by these law maker worthies in home ministry of government of india is clear indication law ministry also do not understand what is its work at hand? great democracy sirs!
YOUR IDEA IS LIKE NJAC ACT OF 'EMINENT PERSONS' CONCEPT ...RAJIV DHAVAN PROPERLY ARGUED IN SC ...I WOULD ADD WHY LALLO PRASAD YADHAV, AND UP CHIEF MINISTER YADHAV, AZAM KHAN, & LIKE COULD NOT BE MADE 'EMINENT PERSONS' ON THE NJAC?
