Whether the Left over category in PNB/other banks who opted for second pension option in 2010 but same was denied by their bank as they could not deposit the PF due + 56% within time schedule fixed by them.They have moved for condonement of delay but the consent of bank has not been received so far for reason best known to them.These person like me are senior citizen and retired on superannuation/VRS.They have spent all their funds with them in food shelter and medicines etc.They are not in a position to fight their case in court of laws due to financial constraints and lac of law knowledge at this end.Can a minimum subsistence allowance or Pension can be considered .Plz guide in this matter.

Any increase is a positive move...but the aspect needs to see whether the basic wages also increases with the basic slab for the PF/Gratuity/pension...which is a post retirement benefit....How far this is going to be effective....
No meeting was conducted to revise/review the pensions under EPFO since it's inception which was supposed to be conducted in 3/5 years in consideration of inflation.

Save SSI engg mfg unit from bankrupt need your Intervene to get our very long outstanding payment Rs.1597930/- from Mr.Umesh Choudhary MD of M/s Titagarh Wagon Ltd. He has stuck up our hard earn money since 2012 by misusing public money and violating MSME act 2006 with the help of Honble Justice I.P. Mukerji of Calcutta High Court and Advocate Mr. Dibanath Day and Mr Atanu Raychaudhary by over ruling the MSME law. They are very big Corporate and want to eat Small Scale Industry like us. Kindly help.
It is ridiculous for minister organize celebrations. The matter was pending for a long time. Did Govt. of India provide additional funds; then it is OK. Anyway it was previous Govt.
