I had filled a complaint against 2 Supreme Court Judges and 3 High Court judges including chief justice (now elevated as judge of supreme court) but the application was disposed by by under secretary shri thang without authority the application was filled for permission to prosecute judges under prevention of corruption Act you may call information about it to justice department for last three years prasad vaidya 08857993253

Can any expert lawyer guide us, whether we can complain, if the hon Judge gives conditional judgments like "to reconsider the case and give benefit if found fit" etc. People come to Hon HCs only because of injustice done to them by Govt or authorities.
