Advocates boycott the court

The advocates of distt. Etah(u.p.) denied to work in the court of a session judge due to the rude behaviour of the judge and the language he use with the advocates .

The advocates of collectrate bar association Etah clearily denied to work in the court of special judge (s.c/s.t act) named R.B.Sharma due to his abusing language with the advocates .The episode started on dated 15-12-2011 when the accused persons of a case were sitting outside of the court and were waiting for there call by the court .The said court issued there non-bailable warrants only on the recomondation of the peon while the accused were present .When the council of the accused persons senior advocate mr.K.N.Johree reached there and saw the order sheet ,he urged that sir accused are present since morning and then how the court may issue warrants against them .Judge R.B.Sharma directly said "kya tu apne bacchon ki kasam kha ke is bat ko kah sakta hai " and orderd to the police to arrest the aged and senior council .When the council tried to come out of the court,the judge again said "Bhagta kahan hai " .The council complained to the district judge but he also did not took any action .Inspite of that,the district bar tried to subside the matter but the judge said that "I am the supreme of the court and I will not change my behaviour and language "

District judge also denied to co-oprate and ultimately the advocates under the banner of the bar decided not to work in the court of such ilmannered judge and bycott the court .
