The International Court of Justice will deliver it's verdict the Kulbhusan Jadhav case on July 17.

As per notification issued by ICJ on Thursday declared “ The International Court of Justice the principal judical organ of the United Nationals, will deliver on Wednesday, 17 July, it's judgment in the Jadhav Case. A public sitting will take place at 3 pm at the Peace Palace in the Hauge, during which Judge Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf, President of the Court, will read the Court's decision.

In its application India has also stated that Jadhav would be executed should the ICJ not interfere, and that would cause irreparable prejudice to the rights claimed by India. Public hearings in the matter took place at the ICJ between February 18-21 this year.
