Judge Appointed to The Delhi High Court

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President has appointed Shri Justice Sunil Gaur, Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court, as a Judge of the Delhi High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
