EVM Tampering : Politician Mansoor Ali Khan seeks Supreme Court's Directions to prove

Mansoor Ali Khan has approached the Apex Court to seek it’s direction to the Election Commission to permit him to prove that the Electronic Voting Machines can be tampered. 

The actor-politician Mansoor Ali Khan was a Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) party candidate in the recent Lok Sabha elections. He had unsuccessfully contested the election from Dindigul constituency of Tamil Nadu.

In his plea, he seeks permission to prove that Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) are not tamper - proof  by a demonstration with the aid of experts and under the observation of retired Supreme Court or High Court Judges.

Tamil Actor - Politician Mansoor Ali Khan's petition is yet another attempt to question the reliability of the EVMs.
