Classification of Trademark Amended

The Fourth Schedule (Classification)  of Trademark Act and Rules is amended by notification issued by Govt. of India and  included new four additional classes of services to the existing classification. New classification is are eually seen and compare with an international classification (NICE) of goods and services for the purposes of registration of trade marks. The total number of classes now stands at 45.
