Inspite of all such past judgements quoted in this decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court, the fact remains that many a times cases of rich and powerful receive prompt attention.

sir. every citizen of india wants speedy trial of all cases, but due to in sufficient infrustructure it is impossible hence the courts/ judicial institutions are haven for the criminals and or others. regards, sibasish pattanayak, Advocate
