NCRDC responded well by granting Rs.50,000/- and observes that judges are not accumstomed to such hiccups; does that mean other travelling public wish to have such hiccups. In this country justice is done rarely, so people avoid judiciary. Courts say delayed justice is no justice; today appeals are pending more 15 or 20 years in High Court. Is judiciary sleeping over such delays. The Judiciary should note that practice is a must before preaching. SAVE THE COMMON LITIGANT NOT JUDGES AND LAWYERS JUDICIARY OWES DUTY TO SOCIETY FIRST AND TO THEIR BROTHERS NEXT.
