writ petition or writ appeal

my plaint was erroneously rejected by the district court under order VII rule 11 (d). my fundamental right to livelihood was taken away. should I file a writ petition or a writ appeal or regular first appeal. I am almost bankrupt.

U have to file writ petition against the orders in high court.
