in OBC category seats of goverment examination , recruitment were closed candidates in waiting list have essential qualification and marks obtained in part - 2 of examination are above the minimum marks and but inspite of having candidates in waiting lists 17 seats remained vacant and now recruitment are closed....RTI filled it says same....17 seats are vacant and recruitment are closed ...also told that 35 % minimum marks required to clear part - 2 examination and candidates having 40 % marks aare waiting ..then how can recruitment be closed ...candidates in waiting list should be given chance....seats cant be carry forward if desired candidates are in list
