who is authorised to sign in red ink

dear friends,

can you explain me that who is authorised to make signature with red ink or green ink in government organisation. is there any ruling to that effect.

red ink can be used by anyone no restriction upon them,usually tachers professors use red it is a Practice that's it. But green shall be used by only Gazzette officers or one who is equvivalent to them.

No one can sign with red pen. i have put this in forum for knowledge purposes.

As far as my knowledge consern the Green pen used only Gazzette officers.

Greeen ink is used by statutory auditors and chartered accountants for making check marks

red and green ink are used by superior authorities as a check inks....a person can sign with red ink but green ink are used at higher level gazatte officer this is restricted to government department.
