It is said that when nc complaint is registered in PS the officer in-charge is supposed to copy thereof to the complainant. Now the question is, does this officere-in-charge include the PSI/duty-officer? Secondaly, it is necessary to mention on copy so given that it is true copy of that complaint? What woul be effect in validiy of such document without mention that it is true copy? Please give details answer with provisions and case laws if any.
