who are all required to sign on sale deed of ancestral property

dear sir/madam
my late grandfather (died 1970 )have an house. he had 5 sons a daughter. of which 1st son married but absconded from more than 7 years but his wife is alive not remarried and no kids to them. 2nd son relinquished his right by taking money n deed registered he is alive with his wife 2 sons (of which one living in abroad) and DILs. 3rd son alive with wife and a son. 4th son unmarried and died. 5th son unmarried and alive. only daughter of my grandfather died in 1995 and her husband is no more but her married daughter and her DIL are alive and her son is died.

pls. clarify who are all eligible in share of property and who are all required to sign to sell this ancestral house property? we belong to Hindu family

Right to legal heirs cannot be denied. In resoect of sale, it depends upon the purchaser to get the sale deed signed by all the heirs or as per his convenience.

All have rights except second son who has released his right .
