whether ip notice is produced or not

i having some amount to one person. i got rumour that he is going to put ip. i want to status of ip notice

Need not worry,Just file a 'SUIT FOR RECOVERY OF MONEY'.Approach an Advocate.

thank for your reply. i can consult advovate. and one more thing i heard that before ip notice is generated out it can be known in advance. i want to know how to find it. plz reply this
