In high Court the judge refused to grant stay on 15000 maintenance to my wife even though i submitted my salary proof 33000/- only. The judge orally commented against me "if that pinching maintenance order is alive then only you will try to bring your wife back". I pleaded that i am willing to do whatever he orde/direct me to bring my wife back. For that he didn't give any reply but still the stay is not granted by him and instead preferred to serve notices to respondent.
Now my question is, can i file SLP against his comments and also his refusal to grant interim stay??
If yes what's the procedure, do i need to obtain any permission from high court??
