what is the section for cheating a court

My father cheated court.he got divorce in 2004 in wrong way.he put a wrong address (his rented home) in my mother's address. We didn't receive notice.he only received that notice.so we don't know.that way court has given divorce. Next he got 2nd marriage with divorce. What is section for cheating a court ? What is the punishment for him ? Plz plz post ur valuable instructions. Thank you.
