what is the punishment in HMA section 17

if somebody's wife does a second marriage, and he files section 17 in family court, what is the price punishhment in section 17. will the court give a decree of void for the second marriage done by the wife.

will family court issue a void decree for that second marriage. I want that their marriage should be declared void. what is the procedure

the reason for going court is that I want that marriage to be called illegal and void. and I also want that the wife should be punished accordingly for spoiling the life of the husband
