sir, there was one vacancy for exserviceman in SC category in CID pune for searcher/PSI.
we two exservicemen made it for observation test after online exam.
and on the basis of merit the other exserviceman was selected for the post but he didn't join it so now im the only exserviceman leftbehind for the post but they r denying by saying that my name is not in waiting list so they won't
consider my name but they didn't publish any waiting list for exserviceman.
the post is still vacant.
what is the procedure if post is vacant and there is no waiting list published for that post?
